Blocking and Filtering

I am personally opposed to filtering of any kind of the information available on the world wide web.  I will not deliver a monologue on the fact that 'knowledge is power', and the restriction of knowledge is inherently an evil practice. 
'All the news that is fit to print' sounds wonderful.
Until you realize that someone makes the decision what is not fit to print.
Recall that in some countries it is not considered 'fit' to criticize the government.
That said: I know that not all of you share my feeling.

I have included in the table below links to some of the more popular network "filters."  Some allow downloading of free "trial" copies.
