Hollywood has a term for special effects. They are known as Fx. Therefore this page has the same name.
When you entered this page if you were running a newer type browser you might have noticed that the page faded in. This is an example of special effects. This was effect was created with a <meta> statement.
The fade in can be applied only to whole pages. It will not work with framed pages. To accomplish the same Fx with style sheets is possible.

Now of course you might want to display a page within a page.
I haven't a clue why you would want to do such a thing but using iframes you could do so.
This works only with MIE 4.0 or 5.0
Recursion applies so you could show a page within a page within a page.
